- We strongly recommend travel insurance/trip cancellation insurance against the loss of deposit in the event of having to cancel your reservation for whatever reason.
- All cancellations need to be made in writing to info@tropicalstaysbali.com.
- If a booking is cancelled 30 days or more prior to arrival 50% of the total reservation will be charged.
- If a booking is cancelled 1- 30 days prior to arrival 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- In case of a no-show, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
